Antonio Belgrave.
Director, Positive Deviant Ltd. Watford, United Kingdom.
Antonio (Tony) Belgrave is a Gestalt OD practitioner, NLP Master Practitioner, and the author of Lost in Transition. He has spent twenty years inside transformations that had to actually land — twelve of them at GlaxoSmithKline, where he served as Head of Performance Management for Supply Chain Transformation and Director of Transformation for GSK UK.
Before GSK, he held performance and transformation roles at Novartis, AstraZeneca, and SmithKline Beecham. He founded Positive Deviant Ltd in 2014 to do the work he wished his earlier employers had been able to buy: change that the people closest to the work could recognise themselves in.
He coaches leaders across pharma, financial services, higher education, and the third sector. He is a board member of AFWAG and a founding member of BAME Rendezvous. His training includes Applied Neuroscience, Motivational Maps, and Gestalt OD.
"These aren't theories I've borrowed. They're convictions I've earned."
Tony lives in Watford with his family. He builds frameworks that survive contact with the real world, partly because that is what his clients pay for, partly because he has been on the other side of frameworks that did not.
